Acting on behalf of Coop who owned an old church hall and various rundown buildings on The Green at Kings Norton in Birmingham.

This had been in Coop’s ownership for many years, we were brought in to find a retail solution to create a convenience store. We managed the development team including planners, architects, highway consultants, ecologists, and noise consultants and obtained planning for a mixed use scheme including a convenience store with 3 residential apartments above.
