We have acquired and disposed of properties confidentially and on the open market, including large town centre former department stores, drive thru sites and small high street shops for Newlife Children’s Charity and others.

We have recently let properties to likes of Aldi, Lidl, B&M, Coop, McDonalds, Costa, Starbucks, Greggs, KFC,JD Sports, Poundstretcher etc
SITE FINDING
We are actively in the market identifying, canvassing, and acquiring suitable sites for all our clients whether they are Roadside, Out of Town, Town Centre or Trade Counter sites.
Development Management & consultancy
We act as Development Managers for organisations such as Coop, Calderwood Properties, Minster Properties etc in acquiring, managing the development team and obtaining planning for roadside, mixed use and out of town developments.
PORTFOLIO & Asset MANAGEMENT
We act for companies like Wynnstay, the agricultural products and services provider, as an outsourced property advisor, managing and advising on all facets of the property industry. We also act for a trade counter retailer providing a similar service.
Value Creation & Strategic property advice
We offer an outsourced property solutions package dealing with all property portfolio matters, including advice for Life and Pension Funds in enhancing their retail investment portfolio.
OUR SECTORS
Retail Parks / Roadside Retail
We act for out of town, neighbourhood and roadside retailers acquiring, disposing and letting their stores. In addition, we act for developers for whom we acquire sites, undertake development agency work and then market the resultant investment.
Neighbourhood Parades
We are involved with acquiring and managing neighbourhood centres for our clients in particular those anchored by convenience stores with the aim of maximising the investment value through active asset management.
Food Stores
Acting for various food retailers, from convenience to large super stores. Our clients include Coop, Budgens, as well as a number of independent retailers acquiring, disposing, letting, developing, downsizing and managing their stores.
Town Centres
We acquire, undertake lettings and disposals of high street shops. Additionally, we manage on behalf of our clients, town centre retail developments and enhance value through active estate management.
